INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTERS

Unmoderated (Exhibited) Posters are presented as non-discussion posters only. Posters will be displayed during the whole congress.

Posters will be organized in the Poster Area located in Meridian Hall according to numbers. The number of your poster can be found here or in the list of posters in the poster area.

Posters should be set up in the Poster Area from 10:00 on Sunday, May 28 and must be removed by 16:30 on Wednesday, May 31 at the latest. Those posters which will remain in the Poster Area after its closing will not be kept.

There will be no organized or moderated discussions over posters. The presenting author should be available near the poster during the lunch time to discuss his/her poster with interested colleagues.

Declaration on Disclosure
Poster presenters are requested to disclose potential conflicts of interest regarding their current poster presen­ta­tion at the bottom of their poster.

Size of poster
The maximum size of a poster is 95 cm (37.4 inches) in width and 196 cm (77.2 inches) in length. To keep good legibility of the poster, we recommend a maximum size of 90 cm (37.4 inches) in width and 140 cm (55.1 inches) in height. The text and illustrations should be readable from a distance of 2 meters.

Fixing material will be available in the Posters Area.
